Cancellation policy

We know life happens, so here’s how cancellations work at Glaze Ranch Glitter:

• Order Cancellation (Supplies & Merchandise)
  Orders may be canceled within
• 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
• Pre-Orders & Specialty Items
  Pre-orders (such as Glaze Inks) and custom-made items (like tumblers) cannot be canceled once the order has been placed, as production begins immediately.
• Subscriptions / Memberships (if applicable in the future)
  Any recurring purchases will include details at checkout. You may cancel future renewals at any time, but no refunds will be issued for payments already processed.
