As a small business, we can’t do everything ourselves—so we’ve partnered with Printify, a trusted print‑on‑demand service, to bring you our merch line. Each item is custom‑printed or embroidered when you order, so there’s no mass production and no wasted inventory. Printify also takes care of shipping, making sure your gear arrives quickly and reliably.

How long does it take to receive my merch?

Each item is made to order and typically ships within 5–7 business days, though times may vary depending on the product. Shipping speed depends on the Printify partner facility and your location.

Can I return or exchange merch?

Since our merch is printed on demand, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or misprinted. If that happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with Printify to make it right.

Who do I contact if I have an issue?

Will my merch ship separately from glitter & craft products?

Yes! Merch items are shipped from Printify’s fulfillment centers and will arrive separately from Glaze Ranch Glitter products. You may receive multiple packages if you order both.

Where is the merch printed?

Printify works with a network of print partners across the U.S. (and internationally) to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Your shipping confirmation will include details about your specific order.
